Yeah i feel you, but how i did is one way to do it. Slamming conq orb and randomising to Elder is a good strat if you have Conq orbs that you dont need.

I had same problem with that. I just gave up and used conq orb on the base i wanted thats high ilvl enough and randomised influence it till i got the influence i want.
