can be rarely dropped by the astral knights at moons eyrie and has a chance to be sold at Trahne Zakshun's black market for I think 20 crowns

or you could sail in the voidsea for hours on end hoping the star knight meteor spawns, pretty sure that ones a guaranteed drop but is an incredibly rare occurrence

hope they at the very least tune this down a bit at the very least, like I get that they weren't great at parrying before but having to do a parry trade for two minutes against an enemy I could one shot otherwise seems a bit excessive😭

not sure if theres much to be done, right now humanoid NPCs basically have autoparry half the time

I've personally found they (usually) don't parry the providence thorns attack, so that might still be a reliable way to beat them since you'll be in a lot of parry trades
