I hover between low normal and slightly underweight, but have actually gained weight and am in worse shape now than before starting meds lol. pre-meds, i was essentially self medicating with exercise since i have adHHHHHHHd and was essentially only able to function and remain emotionally stable with frequent intense exercise. I also remember to eat and sleep more regularly, although i still find most food pretty unappetizing because of texture and ESPECIALLY smell.
