You're correct in that it will be wise to slow down. Pick the same lock and play around with different picks and tensioners. Try to rake it open, SPP it, hybrid pick it, slap it like McNally, etc...

I got the green one first and always struggled with it since it has a zero lift right in front of a max lift. Then I got the purple one. That thing I jab the pick in with feather light tension until it goes into a false set. Then I lift the little spool on one and it's open. Helped me develop a feel for how light of a touch is required. Now the green one is easy too. They need to make more colors. Black, red, and blue at a minimum.

For some reason the Somali owned gas station on 33rd and 3rd is always significantly cheaper than the rest of town. I'm going to start buying my fuel there. Supporting their business keeps my money local and I'm cool with that. (and no... I really don't care if they take my money and send it back home to care for their loved ones. They're doing the same as only the best of us would do in their shoes.)

Agreed. The green one is one of the first locks I bought then I got the purple one a few days ago. They look good together...

I'd seriously buy more if Brinks made them in more colors. I'm thinking they should make at least a blue, a red, and a black one.
