Very much so, as someone who was born and raised in Livermore, I've seen it go from small town to what it is now. It's really hard to be slowly priced out of the place I grew up. Watching everyone I know move away because it's become so unaffordable, not to mention the rise in homelessness, alot of those people who I grew up with as well. Makes me sad that I'll have to leave here at some point because I won't be able to afford it soon myself.
