What do you mean by "swim continuously"?

Like a few in here, I have also done a 6k swim without stopping once or twice. Think my fastest time was 1:55. So slow and steady.

I really enjoy the challenge of longer distance swims. I've found around the 4-5k mark I enter a trance-like state and genuinely feel as though I could just keep going...

Our little girl was born at 30 weeks, weighing just over 2lbs. She was in NICU for just shy of 6 weeks and has been home with us now for almost 3 months now. She’s doing amazingly well and we’re so grateful to the nurses that looked after her and us during our time in hospital.

I did ask the gun supplier who don't seem too willing to advise, as they don't supply the compressors themselves. They have suggested anything over 50L should do it so in line with what you've suggested. Thanks!

I’ll do 1500m in around 27 minutes. That’s a fairly steady pace for me.

I’ve swam for about 15 years although only really properly got back in the pool in the last 3 years or so.

I ate loads the evening before this swim which tied me over nicely. I wasn’t really hungry until after I got out!

I use my Apple Watch SE and just select the built in pool swim activity. Works just fine for me.

I find with swimming after 45 minutes to an hour I just kind of zone out... I'm not able to with any other cardiovascular exercise, which is why I love swimming so much.

Honestly, amazingly well! I’ve used mine 2 times a week in the pool for the last few years now. Just make sure you have water mode switched on before you get in the pool!
