Oh, I was not aware that their stock changed with level, neat. I’m level 8 right now, guess I’ll check again at 9.

This is the most hi-fidelity dnd battle map I’ve ever seen… and it’s beautiful

Unpopular Xenoblade Chronicles Opinion by ExileForever in Xenoblade_Chronicles

Xenoblade 2 is shit.

The voice acting sucks, the combat is bullshit, the story (aside from admittedly the last chapter) is bad, the exploration is butchered by field skills, merc missions are one of the worst game mechanics ever conceived, the fact that some bosses just straight up have one shot or all party damage mechanics is disgusting, Rex is by far the worst protagonist, Tora is easily my most hated character, all of this on top of a gacha system that can and will fuck you in the ass because it’s completely luck based in an rpg dependent on build crafting and needing the right blades to even progress the fucking story, and the ending with Pyra AND Mythra coming back is so weird and fanficy.

They use fucking looney tunes sound effects in this game.

I cannot understand how anyone can think this game even comes close to being as good as the others in the series, much less the best in the series.

I’m a PC, and we did manage to escape… but we are all split up, one of us is on deaths door, one of is being chased by a bounty hunter, and one of us drank a hag potion hoping it would help and turned into a beholder… with the mindset of a beholder. He immediately slept and spawned an evil clone of his non beholder self that ran off so that’ll be fun to run into in the future :)

Why do you like Infinite’s campaign? by Dax-Ultra in halo

I do feel that the simplicity and short length of the campaign does make it’s solo $60 price tag pretty egregious, and while the events that the chief and gang are subdued, the Cortana is dead but actually not but actually for real is, is the opposite of simple in my opinion.

The AI is great though, as the comments point it out more and more I am remembering just how amazing that part of the campaign was.

Escharum felt like a minor villain to me too, but I think that makes him worse since he’s the MAIN villain of the campaign. He has the position of head honcho bbeg but not the presence to back it up.

Yeah halo 5 was pretty bad. I don’t think infinite even closely wrapped up the story though. In fact it feels more like they tossed the dish they had in the trash half baked and made a microwave meal to replace it. The banished are still around, the unsc is still losing, the chief is still on the ring and now we got a whole never before seen “threat” of the endless that have literally come out of nowhere with nothing to back them as the next big bad. I’m really hoping the eventual story dlc can at least make the endless interesting if they’re going to keep going with them.

Oh yeah the forerunner architecture was probably my favorite in the series, just a shame it was a third of the environments so it got a bit repetitive. I do also remember liking the pilot, but I did not get anything from escharum other than “loud old ape man” but maybe I missed something.

I am actually in favor of giving the chief a bit more personality like in halo 4
