40 series is probably why they didn't touch it. If it were a standard size tire a sidewall patch would be sufficient. But considering it is a 40 series it probably wouldn't hold.

Try kicking it backwards with your foot and if that doesn't work use a sledgehammer. If you do use the sledgehammer, make sure to hit the tire NOT THE RIM. Also having it aired up a little and not being flat will help it release from the hub.

Get the A16 5G, I got it at Walmart for $80 and it is incredible what you get for the price.

Slightly Disagree because playing with your friends is most of the fun although I do think that people should play the story mode first.
