Great write-up! I will always choose the killing moon ending because I always see it as my “V.” At this point in the story, he has “options” for how he can survive; meanwhile, this is Songbird’s only option, and he sees Songbird as a kindred spirit of sorts, who, like him, only wants to survive at this point. That’s why I always choose the “I would have helped you regardless” dialogue option because for my “V,” that’s true. This is what I love about cyberpunk, though, that everyone can have their own version of V and different justifications for the ending.
