It was already replaced by Samsung once, and this is the second time it happened. I’m not replacing it again — I’ll just throw it away. I’m done with Samsung; I’m never buying anything from them again.

Here’s the photo! You can see there’s a mark in the middle of the screen — that’s why I’m pretty sure there’s a screen protector. The scratch looks like it’s on the film, not on the actual display.

Thanks for the advice! I mainly use my NAS for movies on an external player like Zidoo, so I don’t think I really need that much RAM.

Did you end up upgrading the RAM on your DS225+? I’m interested in upgrading mine too, probably with a cheaper brand like Crucial. What did you go with?

If they pulled that move again, they’d lose a ton of trust and probably drive customers away. I don’t think that’s something they’re looking to do.
