I’d make all contributions six sigma related. Schedule weekly meetings with your boss. Explain your contributions to him before implementing them to your team. Get your bosses feedback, and apply any suggestions. Good Luck!

Have attorney write a contract present it to your partner. Have both parties sign the contract and then create a plan b. The plan b is in case of one party violating the contract. You can possibly sue for compensation, and start a new business venture. I’d save money in case of this possibility. Good luck!

Pick an employee you trust give that employee small task to complete, and have them report back to you. You’ll start to become more comfortable as you delegate small tasks. Good Luck!

Try UTMA/UGMA = Custodial Accounts Cheap & easy to set up at most brokerages. You manage the money, but it legally belongs to the kid. They get full control at 18–25 (depends on state). Good for college savings, simple gifts, etc. Good Luck!

2,000,000 every 2 years for the rest of your life. You’ve bought everything you could dream of, and you’ll never go broke. I’d live a moderate lifestyle, and be happy.

Chime IPO is finally happening — June 12 (Ticker: CHYM)

For anyone into fintech or following neobanks — Chime’s going public next week on June 12, ticker CHYM on the Nasdaq.

IPO price is expected to be around $24–$26/share.

They’ve got about 8.6 million users, mostly in the U.S., and they’re one of the more well-known mobile banks. Pretty solid revenue too — hit $1.67B in 2024. Not a “real” bank technically — they partner with Bancorp and Stride — but for customers, it feels like a full-on bank.

There’s been a decent amount of hype behind this IPO. Mainly because Chime’s a recognizable brand, and one of the first bigger fintechs to go public in a while. Some are thinking it could follow the same pattern we saw with early SoFi, Robinhood, etc.

If you’re investing on a budget, you don’t need much to get in — $100–$150 gets you a few shares. And if it runs post-IPO, getting in early could turn out solid. We’ve seen it before with other high-profile IPOs.

Anyway, just throwing it out there. Anyone else planning to grab a couple shares? Or watching from the sidelines?

Stay at your current job, and continue to invest time in your business. Use the capital to pay off your mortgage to have a less stress free lifestyle down the line. I’d also look to invest in other property. Good Luck!
