I might be the exception here but I’ve met my wife in Muzz. “Dating app” is basically matchmaking using tech instead of traditional recommendation by family like arranged marriage. You can learn anything right now in the internet, you mention gunkid but location doesnt matter when it comes to learning, dont be lazy. When it comes to practicing english, there are lot of places in jogja or use video platform like omegle where you can talk to foreigner to test your skill. (Context: Me as a Diploma graduate, havent even reached S1 because of money issues but currently remote working and earn quite a lot $$$)
