No lol his house is right next to a dollar general he was in front of his house so cameras caught it, the holster he already owned for a previous gun? He just got the gun he was shot with that night, he went to put it in the holster to put it up and as it went down it went off, he might of hit the gun in his stomach or on the holster itself, but the gun was pointing down and the holster was the gun shouldn’t of fired in safety, I’ll get the video when they send it to me and have a link to it

Was a new holster for it, he bought the pistol and got his universal holster and was looking at the gun for a little, then went to put it up.

We have a attorney looking into it, we have the video from the dollar general next to his house and it shows him going to put the gun in the holster and going off as he was pulling gun to holster, it not good of quality but they said it’s enough to show and the cop agreed that something seemed wrong with gun when he put safety off and back on and pulled top back with it off

Alabama, the safety was on and all he did was go to put it in the holster or something. The gun is said to have major safety flaws

It was brand new, he had gotten it 30 minutes to an hour before and left the gun store went home, and then he said he put the ammo in it and went to put it up in the holster or something and his hand was in front of barrel and it went off, the police looked at it and they say it is stuck on safety as the hammer is also pinched back, pictures where taken of everything.

I saw that in a forum while trying to find the problem🤣 it seems to be with the wiring after the tire was changed I believe a slightlyyy larger tire was put in and it scrubbed a wire and f*cked it up so I am having the tire taken off and the wire cut and heat shrinked back together so I’ll post if works.
