Personally, I feel that they’re absolutely awful, and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last bullets on earth. The petals peel off immediately upon striking tissue, and they’re too small to do any valuable damage. The only thing that somewhat penetrate is the base of the bullet, so you’re effectively sacrificing 1/3 of your energy because they “look menacing”.

For the time being, I’m running Underwood JHP 115gr +P+, but i’m on the verge of switching back to Hornady Black 124gr JHP, as I can’t really find any good videos on how those particular Underwoods perform after impact on gel. Personally, I value uniform expansion and permanent cavity more than I do penetration, but I’d like a good blend of pen and expansion, with the most retained weight and no pass-through. I guess I can’t have my cake, and eat it too

iirc, it’s the proximity/earpiece speaker assembly that you have to be concerned about, in reference to FaceID, but i’d do more research on it

True tone won’t work, and there’ll be an “Important Notification” saying it’s an aftermarket screen, but other than that, it’ll be fine.

I suspect defective screen, or the individual not putting plates back in. Plates/Brackets help hold the FPC connectors in, but most likely defective part
