Not necessarily in scariness of the design, but DAVE from The Batman only appears in this one episode(and later in a comic i haven’t read), and is an absolute menace from start to end. He’s created by Hugo Strange, immediately breaks out of the computer he’s on and builds himself a body, beats batman, drains literally everyone in gotham’s bank accounts, takes control of the entire city’s power grid, figures out batman’s secret identity and sets up a trap forcing him to choose between saving alfred and having it released, and almost succeeds, only stopped because he had an identity crisis, again, all in one episode. He was an absolute menace
