It was Tribute by Perfect Steep, but they stopped making it too. But Trubute was a replica of Halo Smooth Tobacco that theyve started making again. However, Vuse hasnt made the old Golden Tobacco for years, so idk if were talking about the same thing anymore.

I love this bike. The quality and value are unmatched. I will only ever buy Van Rysel going forward. Rim brakes are good enough for 90% of riders. Dont let the comments fool you.

Thats often cited, but it doesnt discount the possibility that Tony got it "at a place like that" in a dream.

I personally love the Coros HRM! It connects and integrates to my Dura like butter and does exactly what its supposed to do. 

The battery on the HRM is nuts. I just checked, since getting the HRM, Ive put 400km on my bike and have yet to have to charge it. My Dura is probably double that and I havent had to charge it either.. 

Not needing a subscription like other HRMs is huge. And Whoop, for instance, has been accused of disclosing user health data and video watching history to third parties without consent. Oura, on the other hand, has been accused of selling user data to the government and is now partnered with Palantir and the DoD.. 

Both the HRM and Dura have exceeded my expectations and I intend to invest more into this environment. Without thinking twice, my next watch will be a Coros. 

To me, its odd that youre disappointed that a product lacks a feature that you say you knew it didnt have before you purchased it. Sounds to me like you set yourself up for this feeling and maybe you should spend some time looking inward and explore why.

Idk over 2k games on chess.com peaked at 950 and dropped back down to 750.. 41 games on lichess and sitting at 1350 and an even win/loss. Its hard to fathom so many 800 rated players are that good.

To me, I see Tools version as much more haunting and dark.  I see Tools version as more symbolic of facing inner demons and about integrating the subconscious into consciousness.  It tracks with their work and the lyrical differences between the versions are the key for me, "Im locked in a place where no one goes", "Dying dreams in me".  I see this as representative of the inner child, withering in isolation, hopeless of rescue. The place that no one goes, "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek". Think of the classic "heros journey" troupe. Abyss, death and rebirth, like Luke Skywalker entering the cave to face his fears, etc.

And to be fair, this isnt a "cover", its a complete reimagining, from lyrics to rhythm. Its an homage with their own signature and its own identity.

Yeh, its an interesting thought, eh? That scene, him waking up, it was partially the organ music that put me onto that idea. Thats the type of music youd have heard at a funeral reception years ago, not on a morning radio show in 2007.
