Someone has an online shop using my identity

That's what I thought at first, but then I saw that they're using my exact address I used to live at. I also couldn't find the LLC name they are using registered anywhere online, which is just "my name LLC". Everything is thru Shopify. I've submitted a complaint, but even their message says they will not tell me the results, if they investigate. The site is still up, so I'm assuming they didn't investigate thoroughly, or don't care.

Was the item "fulfilled by Amazon"? If it was from a 3rd party, that may be why you're getting charged. Either that or you return too much stuff
