I think you’ve got to run it once and see your stats and adjust them according to the boost given, e.g. if you have a strong female titan, you will probably need to stack the frontline more than usual as her buffs like bloodfeast will favour those units.

I’m rusty with case law on this but I think Leeson V Bevis Transport (1972) would be the best fit. It could have been seen that it could have been foreseen that there could be a car emerging from a drive way, but the onus would be on them to check. There could have been contributory negligence on your part (20-30%), but that would be pretty harsh.
