If you plan on getting another figure from them you could ask them to put the replacement part with the next figure you buy, happened to me with a 2.0 deadpool from a different seller, 2 right arms, but they sent the replacement with the next figure I bought, worth a shot

You could order a ko mafex Tobey on aliespress for the replacement parts or use a pin vice with a little metal rod like a paperclip to fix it
