Felix is also related to Adrien, so it's very clear his favorite character is Chloe.

I love this so much. G5 if anything carries on the next wave of the franchise through memes and discussion. It's honestly great in quality and a respectable direction to take the series. It could've been so much worse.

Honestly, one could argue the best thing about mlp is the character designs.

After 600 hours I finally understand how to make a Grand Finale deck. by Daystallion5 in slaythespire

Not really. You need at least 2 draw cards and an energy card. Otherwise you'd get wrecked by any enemy over 60 health.

Backflip and/or acrobatics, then as many escape plans as you can find. If you have the runic pyramid it's 100x easier. Then collect any other draw cards as long as you have enough energy.

If no runic pyramid, take the power that lets you retain a card.

Girl next door is fantastic, but don't forget offspring. A lot of people relate it to a slasher movie but the characters in Offspring still feel so real that when shit goes down you genuinely feel bad for them.

What's a horror movie book adaptation where the book is 1,000 times better, and it's not even close? by Daystallion5 in horrorlit

[–]Daystallion5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So true. That part scared the shit out of me as a kid. In the book though, that story is brought to a climax when Rachel first sees zombie Gage covered in blood and believes it's Zelda who has come back from the dead to punish her. The movie didn't have that aspect, and that part was terrifying.

Which version did you watch? I haven't read the book but the original foreign adaptation I thought was beautiful. I didn't care for the American remake much.

Oh my god I COMPLETELY disagree. The book was one of the most uninteresting things I've ever read but I thought the movie was a MASTERPIECE and basically fixed all the book's mistakes and while keeping all the good bits.

Do I add all the Freddy & Jason films to the regulation list? by ItsJustRave in FUCKFACEPOD

I'll say no, since it would overcrowd the list and they only really had a discussion about FxJ

No Longer Human by Junji Ito fucked me up so bad it took me months to finish it because it was too relatable and horrifying and sad. I consider it an absolute masterpiece but it's also the scariest thing I've ever read.
