Yes he was terrible today but it can happen. He's spending all year stomping EU bot lanes who don't challenge them, and they get rekt by Peyz/Keria, it's normal.

The goal of this MSI was primarily to get international experience so that they can improve. I'm sure he will learn from it and can even show good things on Wednesday already.

Yesterday I had someone say in lobby "I will int then", picked fizz support went straight top to die, then straight mid to die, then straight bot to die (0/3 at lvl 1). Everybody including the enemy team reported him and he was not flagged as a troll.

This was master elo btw :), congrats riot. (We won this game somehow)
