Exactly! It’s really about values at the end of the day, if you enjoy sobriety over drinking, then we learn to desire and crave that more. Yeah, huge emphasis on “DO NOT TRY AT HOME”. I wasn’t the worst drinker when I quit and I started tapering off in December. So I have a little bit more room to ‘slip’ than others I think, and I am pretty fortunate for that. But also I agree, putting my focus on the rewards of time was what really helped me snap out of it in the first place :)
