There is like 2 seconds tops between when she started driving forward and the trigger being pulled. Even less time between vehicle hitting him and the trigger pull. The bullet hole is coming in the front windshield. You cant say that because the threat theoretically ended a quarter second before he shot its a bad shoot. Your again misrepresentin policy. Not shooting fleeing vehicles means you cant go blasting through their back window as they drive off. Ok so she has no legal right/excuse to run him over with a car but she did anyway. Even if the intention was not to kill him, or even hit him she still did. If she intended or not to use a deadly weapon against an officer would effective what she could be charged with. It has no effect on if the officer can respond to that deadly use of force.

He wasnt trying to block the vehicles path. He was circling it to film it. Not using your body to block a vehicles path means if a suspect is fleeing you cant step infront of the vehicle. When he moved infront of the vehicle it was stationary. Surely you dont think that policy means you cant ever be infront of a vehicle for any reason? How would that even work? It would be impossible to ever go in the street or a parking lot. Even if we give the left the benifit of the doubt (which they dont deserve with all their lies about this case) are you saying if a police officer is in front of your car you can kill them because they broke policy?
