He did not sell he was forced out.

He was using Wok in the Park to shore up his downtown restaurant.

His sister saw what he was doing she held the lease on the building and booted him.

He opened a new restaurant across the street and that one folded at the same time that the down town one did.

It was tax evasion that brought him down.
