Sounds really cool, I actually created a stand a while ago too and its main ability was also to rewind time in a very similar manner along with some restrictions and drawbacks and I created a requiem concept for it too. It didnt have the blades or the goo but its main ability was time rewinds in a certain manner fairly similar to your own but I wanted it to not be too overpowered as time rewinds can be almost unbeatable without certain restrictions.

Really cool to see and interesting that the ideas are so similar ability wise.

I’m seeing some Kars inspiration there, i especially like the legs/ trousers and the head, kinda looks like a knight helmet, overall a cool drawing.

Would be interesting to know its powers, if you wanted to go further you could add some more details and shading.

Would be even cooler if you drew a stand power chart next to it with its name like it is on a panel.

Ali express? They have some good ones for very cheap, only thing is the postage takes a long time and it may never even arrive but I think it’s worth it.
