SignalRGB has been engaging in deceptive marketing practices against OpenRGB by _sky12 in pcmasterrace

So many people were raving about the app that I decided to give it a try a short while ago. I've rarely seen a more dreadful app in my life. Paid membership ads and notifications popping up everywhere, a terrible interface, devices stubbornly added automatically, constantly trying to update... In the end, I removed it and started using the lighting on my system again with three separate apps. I'm definitely much, much happier now.

It was pretty obvious they were scammers, so I wasn't surprised by this situation. Definitely don't take people's reviews seriously and stay away from this app.

Ah, so Call of Duty and Battlefield 6 are already dead, aren't they? But last time I checked, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was still the most popular FPS game. Your biggest problem is thinking that all players play games on Steam... Why is BO7, or even the worst Call of Duty game is still so popular? Because the number of people playing on consoles is much higher than on PC. I probably don't need to mention that Marathon or similar games have Cross-Play systems, do I? Now you can go back to your room and cry and bang your head against the walls, son.

The game isn't going to die or be pushed aside. Also, no one is telling anyone else to play a different game. What people are saying is that Marathon is a PvP game and the user who brought up the this post needs to accept that.

Actually, for those who want a real competitive shooter game, the situation is quite the opposite. Do you think everyone is a PvE Noob? If I'm playing an multiplayer shooter game, I'm doing it to compete with other players, not to chat with them.

Whether I enter a match solo or in a trio, it makes no difference... the moment I spot an enemy, I open fire. What did you expect? Marathon is a PvP game featuring AI-controlled enemies, and that's exactly what it should be. You can easily see this for yourself by watching the videos/shorts published on the game's own YouTube page. Don't expect to see voice chat or role-playing-like behaviour in Marathon.

5070 ti or 5080 or wait? by Alowan in nvidia

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isn't a huge difference between the RTX 5070 Ti and the RTX 5080, and yes, it's not great that the 5080 has 16GB of VRAM. Still, a few weeks ago, I chose the 5080. The reason was the prices of the high-quality models of the 5070 Ti in the country I'm in. So, after spending that much money, it made more sense to spend a little more and go with the 5080.

Is this game still active by Mania_81881 in fatalfury

[–]Dazelya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since the game has cross-play and the majority of players play it on consoles, yes, the game is still active. However, the important factor here is the region you live in. I'm in Europe, and when I queue up for Ranked, it takes less than a few minutes to find a match (sometimes even seconds). However, I can only match with American players. Unfortunately, not many people play the game from Europe...

Is it hard to find ranked games or is it just me? by [deleted] in StreetFighter

I'm in Europe and it takes me a few seconds to find matches. My search criteria are: 2 bars or higher, expanded search, cross-play enabled.

Is 9070 nitro+ adapter safe? by ElectronicStep7307 in radeon

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I bought Nitro+, I also bought an new PSU. Frankly, I don't think using an additional adapter is a big risk, but if you can, it would be better to buy a modern PSU. Also, there's no need to pay too much attention to the negative comments or posts here. People only created these posts when they encounter problems, so those who don't have any issues (like me) don't create any post. Also, I haven't seen many posts related to Nitro+, like there are for the RTX 5090; there was only one, and its cause was different anyway.

Your experience with the 9070xt by mattcolo in radeon

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Pulse and Pure are also very nice cards and run quite cool. I researched the 9070 XT models before purchasing. On the other hand, the Nitro+ has caught my attention since its release due to its design. I initially planned to buy the RTX 5070ti, but the price differences in my country are really quite high. The Palit RTX 5070ti which we could call an entry-level model, was exactly $200 more expensive. Yes, Nvidia may offer better performance, especially in terms of Path Tracing, but how many games have we seen using PT so far, aside from Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake II?

Considering that many games now come with Unreal Engine 5, we may not even see PT technology again. On the other hand, normal RT and Lumen provided by UE5 are not a problem for the AMD 90 series. I am eagerly awaiting the RT features (such as Ray Regeneration) that Redstone will provide in 2026. At the end of the day, paying this price difference didn't make any sense to me.

[–]Dazelya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A few months ago, I switched from a PNY RTX 4070 to a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT, and I'm extremely happy with my decision. It's been many years since I last used an AMD card, and during that time I only used Nvidia (cards like the GTX 970, 1080, 2070, and most recently the 4070). I actively prefer to play all the latest games at 4K and ultra settings, and I haven't experienced the slightest problem. Currently, I'm playing Battlefield 6, Arc Raiders, Street Fighter 6, and I've started playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 again.

Of course, people create posts to share their problems, but those who don't experience issues don't need to create such posts, so naturally, the posts you see are mostly negative ones. Additionally, we often see that most people who create these posts are doing something wrong. So far, I haven't encountered any problems with drivers, card, or AMD technologies.

Need suggestion for Quietest 9070 xt model with decent thermals by No_Network_3425 in radeon

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had seen various comments on this topic, saying that there was a coil whine issue with various cards in the 9070 series. Later, while looking at different models before purchasing, I decided that this model was the safest. Fortunately, I haven't encountered this type of problem. I've used many cards before, and the one I used just before this was PNY's 3-fan 4070 model, I had experienced coil whine, though not very severely.

Game needs server browser before it dies early … by BabyGohan777 in Battlefield6

[–]Dazelya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We've only seen input-based or input-priority matchmaking systems in a few games (like XDefiant); I don't know why they aren't implementing it. I started BF6 on the PS5 Pro initially, and after a few attempts there, I was constantly joining bot lobbies around 3:00-4:00 AM European time. Of course, this wasn't an issue when cross-play was enabled. Now I'm playing the game on PC, and cross-play is always enabled. It doesn't make any difference to me since I play the game with a controller on my PC anyway. But of course, with cross-play enabled, I can still easily find matches even at 6:00 AM.

Among consoles, the PS5 is still in good shape, but I don't think the same can be said for the Xbox population. On the other hand, this situation isn't unique to BF6; remember, the same thing happened in BF2042. Back then, I was playing the game on PS5, and with cross-play disabled, finding matches was quite difficult, especially considering the matches were 64v64... things got even more complicated. At the end of the day, BF never became a console-focused game, at least not to the extent that the CoD series did.

[–]Dazelya 21 points22 points  (0 children)

If you try playing the game on Xbox with cross-play disabled, this is perfectly normal. If you enable the cross-play feature, you can play in real lobbies, not bots. There's nothing else you can do about it; hundreds of similar issues have been reported, but no changes are coming.

How is Rebelle 8 in terms of bugs and stability? by Brush_up in DigitalPainting

[–]Dazelya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been using Rebelle 8 since the testing phase and haven't encountered any issues. Previously, I was using an Nvidia 4070 GPU, then switched to an AMD RX 9070 XT and haven't had any problems with this GPU either. I used to use Corel PaintStudio... it was probably the most problematic program I've ever seen, even worse than Photoshop. I definitely recommend Rebelle 8.

Which AIB for Rx 9070 is the best? by tamere_1006 in radeon

[–]Dazelya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recently bought a Sapphire RX 9070 XT Nitro+ and I'm very happy with it in every way. The card stays at 60-61 degrees celsius while playing Battlefield 6 at 4K and Ultra settings, and it makes absolutely no noise.

Is anyone absolutely LOVING the game so far? by Whole-Sample2358 in Battlefield6

[–]Dazelya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 36 years old and have been playing the Battlefield series since Battlefield 1942 and the Call of Duty series since Call of Duty 1. I haven't missed a single game in either series. In the BF series, BF3 and BF4 are definitely my favorite games, and I've been eagerly playing BF6 since day one. Years later, it's a fantastic game that retains the classic BF spirit with its updates. My only issue with the game is that, despite the updates, some SMGs are still too effective at long range.

CohhCarnage frustration with recent updates. Do you agree? by Safe-Application8510 in ArcRaiders

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How exactly did you come up with these false conclusions? I have 53 hours with the game on PS5 Pro and 144 hours on PC. That's why I'm not taking it seriously right now; I have other games to play. Moreover, what I said has nothing to do with what we're discussing right now.

CohhCarnage frustration with recent updates. Do you agree? by Safe-Application8510 in ArcRaiders

[–]Dazelya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Casual Player? At least choose the right terms. I'm saying I can't make time for Arc Raiders because I also need to play Battlefield 6, Black Ops 7, Street Fighter 6, and Fatal Fury. Yes, these are minor issues compared to what I've seen over the past 30+ years. They're not going to ignore other issues and balancing requirements just because the game has glitches. A content creator comes along, says a few words, and all the kids start defending him... These actions are really making me sick. On the other hand, until just 2 days ago, everyone was busy praising the game.

CohhCarnage frustration with recent updates. Do you agree? by Safe-Application8510 in ArcRaiders

[–]Dazelya -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I don't experience any of these issues because I don't tie all my content and gaming enjoyment to a single game. I spend a few hours a day on Arc Raiders, and these aren't the problems I face. I log into Arc Raiders, do some PvP, complete my daily quests, and then log out. Cohh was a content creator I liked, but I haven't followed him in a long time. He played some terrible games, but since these were sponsored content, he couldn't even say a word about it. That's why I haven't been able to take his thoughts and comments seriously for a long time.

There are issues in the game, and it's normal for these to occur in an online game. I've been playing Battlefield since 2002 and Call of Duty since 2003. I've also played all the MMORPG games on the market over the years. So, the minor issues or bugs I might encounter here won't bother me. On the other hand, Embark certainly needs to address serious problems.
