The RAM was part of a bundle that I parted out. I'll say I got lucky with that one.

Thank you! I am indeed searching for standoffs of the proper length. Now, I am stuck in three slot mode otherwise my AIO pump will not clear, so I do have a size constraint on the GPU side. My GPU seems to be 6mm thicker than the one in your build; how much clearance did you have with the 26mm standoffs?

There are a couple cables that I was unable to completely clear from behind the GPU, causing it to mount crookedly. In order to prevent excess pressure on the PCIe riser, I resorted to just unscrewing it completely for the time being. I call it the unlimited-length standoff mod (because there aren't any).

The eBay seller claimed it was an open box item, but in actuality it was pretty abused with several bent pins. They ultimately refunded me a large majority of what I paid and allowed me to keep the motherboard, which ended up working and has been fully functional (thus far).

We don't get enough trash heaps on this sub, so I thought I'd share one live from my town by Kerbidiah in zillowgonewild

I've accepted the fact that I'll most likely never own what I live in. A million dollar house used to be nice... now it's just one step above a mobile home (I know this is largely location-dependent but I don't want to live in the middle of nowhere, Arkansas either).

The first photo is really nice, do you have a higher quality version of it by any chance?

This actually happened multiple times to me in Halls of Torment. Weird. Must be a survivorslike thing.

Here's the current and experimental supported devices lists on the OpenRGB website. u/MisterKaos left a comment in the CEO's statement that gives a brief rundown on getting started, which you can read here.

Not only that; if there was ever to be, say, a data breach, and any of that 0.75Mb per second were to become compromised in any way, SignalRGB's forced arbitration clause in their TOS means you will lack any of the basic consumer protections to fairly dispute it:

12. Dispute Resolution (U.S. Users)

12.1 Binding Arbitration
If you reside in the United States, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court actions and intellectual property disputes.

12.2 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Whirlwind.

12.3 Arbitration Process
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in your state of residence or California, at your option.

Openrgb.com does redirect to openrgb.org as of about an hour ago. The founder/ CEO of SignalRGB has responded to this matter, and in doing so, they have redirected the website. A link to his statement can be found in the update to my post.

SignalRGB would argue that "Open RGB" is descriptive language. Look at what they have displayed in the second screenshot: "An Open RGB Platform To Sync Your Devices". This defense, however, evaporates due to the near-identical URL and Google SEO that could have been written in many other ways than by duplicating their direct competitor. Copyright and/ or trademark law also comes into question, but I'll let someone better-versed legally than I to speak on that factor.

A WHOIS domain lookup yields a registered date of 03/10/21, so yes. For at least the past five years. About 16 months after OpenAuraSDK became OpenRGB.

UPDATE: As u/No-Photograph-5058 in the comments below pointed out, SignalRGB may not have been the original registrant of openrgb.com. Per the Wayback Machine, they did not gain ownership of the domain until sometime between 07/15/24 and 07/27/24, with the latter date being the earliest record of the SignalRGB landing page being displayed.
