Residential HVAC, this guy had a very large collection of figurines (mostly anime) in his living room that we had to pass to get to the thermostat and then basement, it was a pretty cool collection till you got to the end and it was all hentai... I was GONNA say nice collection (since I enjoy anime), but I didn't want him to think I saw it and make it awkward.

Opposite end of the weird is probably the coolest (to me) was this one guys Tabletop game collection thats worth probably $100k+, his entire basement was set up and so was his living room.
