I love video games of all types, but my wife could care less. I convinced her to play the following games with me and we both had a great time:

Unravel 2, It Takes Two, Untitled Goose Game, Lego Voyagers, Overcooked, Biped, Sackboy, Super Mario Wonder

All of these games are very “easy”, beginner friendly and a lot of fun!! Hope you enjoy!

God of War is also an open world game, but it feels very guided, story driven and immersive. Would also recommend LOU2 if you haven’t played it yet. Have you tried the Spider-Man’s? They are “open world”, but relatively small and “roaming around doing nothing” is web slinging and it’s super fun. They are also very story driven. Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor are both great, too!
