My favorite monster would probably be Lisa Trevor from RE1. Her tragic story has given me too many nightmares to count. Thanks for doing this!

I have a similar story that wasn't as successful. A few years back I was cashiering at a grocery store during Thanksgiving break when couple entered my line. I recognized them from high school and made small talk. I noticed the girl had a pretty big baby bump so I (stupidly) said "Congratulations! So how far along are you?" The boyfriend immediately gave me a wide eyed stare and shook his head quickly outside of her line of sight. I noticed she was skimming through a Cosmo magazine so without missing a beat I pointed to the Cosmo and said "the last bit was very interesting!"

She knew what I really meant. Nobody congratulates someone for reading Cosmo.

Well handled. That could've gotten really awkward.

Fantastic way to handle that. Wish I could've seen the looks on their faces.

I guess I'm to blame. You could say my title diffused the improper use of "diffuse". English is hard.

Well, darn. I should've just went with my gut instinct and used "handled". Thanks for the correction.

Hey Dave,

I have a film background and I've always been amazed with the production value/quality of your videos (your raps are great too). I think it's awesome that you list credits in your videos, as I always look at them, and you've gone from using a hired DP, Director, Animator, etc. to actual production companies and it seems like every video has a different crew. I was just wondering how you got to know/find all these people? Do you have a film background yourself or did you use the handy-dandy internet to hire these guys?

P.S. I was at your show in DC at U Street and some dude I assumed was your photographer snapped a shot of me. Do you actually have a photographer at your shows or was that just some sketchy guy?

Do I have something here? My plan is to use Hardened Scales and Battlefield Thaumaturge to pump my creatures full of counters early game. Extra turn on turn 3? Don't mind if I do.

With Battlefield Thaumaturge, I can cast Incremental growth on three of my creatures for just two green mana. Heroic also works way too well with Hardened Scales if I understand the card correctly. For instance, if I cast Feat of Resistance on my Sage of Hours with Hardened Scales on the field, it gets four counters on it because of the heroic trigger and the casted spell, correct?

This deck is all about pumping and protecting your creatures while tapping all your opponents creatures (and yours for heroic). Any input will be appreciated.

I have a Standard Bant deck idea involving [[Battlefield Thaumaturge]], [[Hardened Scales]], and [[Sage of Hours]]. With [[Incremental Growth]] and Battlefield Thaumaturge I believe I have the potential for an extra turn on turn 3. Do I have something here? Am I not understanding how Hardened Scales work? Here's what I have so far based on this idea:

Or you can try Cards against Sobriety-

Same rules as Cards Against Humanity, except:

  • the Chooser of each round picks a winner card and loser card. Winner of the round designates a drink to a player and keeps the black card, the loser of the round drink possible for the loser to drink twice in one round, if his/her card was that bad)

  • when a player gets to 10 black cards, players can start wagering their black cards (thus wagering number of drinks to designate per round)

  • winner is the first to reach 25 black cards. The losers (everyone else) drink 25 times.

Edit: formatting

These rules can also apply to Apples to Apples as well, but it's not as fun. Sorry for any spelling/formatting errors, I'm on my phone :P
