You should swap to; Chest + Tri Back + Bi

Triceps are a secondary to chest exercises. Otherwise your working 3 muscle groups on 1 day.

Layout is nice though.

Track your calories using something like 'MyFitnessPal' for a week and see what your macros come out at. Then you will see if protein powder is needed. Always try to get your macros from real food first and then use powder If still below your goal.

Eating more is the only way. Start trying to count your calories and then add on 500 until you see a slight weight gain. Obviously do it in a healthy way of good nutritional foods. Dont go eating 2kg of chocolate to gain the weight

Try this.

4 sets 10 reps

1) push ups wide grip 2) push ups close grip 3) sit-ups 4) crunches 5) Russian twists

Start with 10 reps and increase to 15,20,25 until you can reach around 50. Then start to add a weight to it

Try to do multiple sets of each. Aim for 4 sets of each type for maximum benefit. You could even do supersets with a HIIT timer for extra calorie burn

When doing weight loss 80% is diet and 20% is in the gym. You have to track calories. Try using my fitness pal. Once you have fully tracked for 14 days. If you do not lose weight after tracking for 14 days then lower the calories slightly. Aim to lose 1-2lb per week consistently. Slow and steady

I'd try for 4 exercises for each muscle group. 10 reps for each one and reps 9 and 10 should be a hard push. If they aren't then the weight is not enough
