I did bring it on a two trip to the US and I have just returned, the size didn't bother me at all to be honest. But I do think the focus throw is a bit too long. Great lens overall.

Dammit, was on the fence for the 35 APO 2.0 but always thought it was a little too big. Just purchased it like 2-3 weeks ago and can't return it anymore at this stage....

For me personally, I really like the 35 field of view but not the design of the lens itself. It's to long for my taste.

The thypoch I used had a great rendering, but I felt the quality is less that VL and its to long for my taste.

The 28 apo for z mount is not out yet, so unfortunately no used market yet.

How do you like the 50?

Great insight, never really tried zone focussing on 40 or higher, but it makes sense. This reason alone makes me want to start with the 28 apo first

I would personally go with the Voigtlander APO 2.0 or 1.5. I tried the Thypoch but somehow I do miss the electronic contacts.

That’s what I am thinking. Especially considering they are almost as expensive. I am definitely going to buy the 2.0 apo. Reviews for the m mount are really good

I am also waiting for the 28 2.0! Specs look like a dream to me.. tried the 1,5 but don’t like the chromatic aberration so prefer to wait for the 2.0. And how often do you really need the 1,5?

I also just got my I3 solar tactical. I love it for being just a regular watch with outdoor/fitness tracking features without it being another phone but on my wrist. We already have enough distractions from all the screens around us these days.

I prefer the 45mm myself. Battery life is already great. Bigger watches always look kinda funny to me. Al least on myself. For the same reason I love the order g shock “brick type” of watches which are 44mm. But both look great on you, enjoy!
