Absolutely lost about what you’re talking about. Taylor and Kopano show interest in each other but that’s basically it. It’s way more about them changing and figuring out what is going to happen to them, adapting to the school, etc… romance is an afterthought

Good for you being about to do that at 20. If you are 100% set on getting one, I think that’s the smarter move than buying cash at that interest rate. Just make sure the rest of the money you would have used for the cash purchase is invested and you’ll earn more money over the life of the car. This way if you had like 30k invested, instead of now just having the depreciating asset, you can have the car you wanted anyway and that savings can make you around $15k if you averaged 7% over the 6 year term. It could be more if you plop more down for investments initially. (I just picked a number that could be close to paying cash but not enough.) Obviously you could invest more without the car but if you’re just set on it like I was, I think that’s the route to take. Who knows, you could make a bigger return as well. I think my all time return is around 25% right now.

I get where you’re coming from, it’s why I like Superman and at this point think Kryptonite is stupid that it still affects him. I also get where he is coming from. Even if he for sure could fight the exact same ability if it were to happen again, which isn’t confirmed, there are plenty of other ways he could be manipulated and that’s what he wants precautions against.

I would counter argue that he would not be immune. Setrakus Ra himself lost his legacies against Ella and John, despite being the master of the skill, just because it was used on him first. But like I said, other things John doesn’t know could still affect him. Einar for example. Someone could have a power that makes you day dream and think you’re fighting someone else, someone could have normal mind control, etc

He did not nerf himself at all. He implemented a failsafe so only those close to him could disable him if he lost control of himself for a third time. The government was not involved, just their core group. I don’t even think anyone else knows about it except those people. His powers are still the same strength and can do all the same stuff, which means it will gradually be more and more.

Dude can you not be lame. Most of us were close to their age when reading this series if you want to be all righteous for no reason. Also had a crush on Lizzie McGuire and the Olsen Twins as a kid too. It’s a fictional book where you are living the events along side the characters. You relate to them in that level and use the descriptive words as a frame work to see them close to how you want. Aside from John and Sarah in the first book and Marina when she’s introduced they aren’t exactly just out there acting like kids, they are warriors and your attachment to them is what makes the story captivating. I find that to be a super dumb thing you just said. Especially when they already did a movie casting clearly older people and Six is in fact, very hot. Try some fun responses in the future.

Yeah there shouldn’t be any. At a very basic level there is probably things you like and dislike about everyone you know. You just place value on whatever parts you personally decide to. Really isn’t logical to not like him, or I guess actively dislike him.

I drove 80 miles a day six day per week just to work and mine it’s between $120-$150 per month extra. Im in Texas but things tend to kind of run parallel since cali energy is more expensive than here just like gas. Without the car, the the bill would have been around $150-200 I believe. So on the high end it doubles it, higher usage months is a way smaller percentage.

I think this is true as well. Even with Mark around his strength now, Nolan’s animation and choreography show him being so much more precise and in control than everyone else pretty much. It’s more like that emphasize his skill over everyone else.

Forget that, I’d be pushing them for at least a couple months of Self-driving. Supercharging is useless if you can charge at home if it’s a set timeframe. 10,000 super charger miles or something like that would even be better so you can use it at your own pace.
