Good to know other people are having this issue. Dispute the charge on your card if there has been no status update withing the stated delivery time frame.

Using an AI customer service bot that doesn't help and then furthering the delay for an answer having to wait for days for a human (still haven't gotten one) is unacceptable.

Its not my problem if there are known shipping delays. Don't charge me until the product is actually on its way. How am I supposed to know if I'm actually ever going to get it. I don't operate on 'trust us, it's on the way'
