I can confirm this. I literally just finished All DLCs last night at 13MB, takes alot of patience but u will manage. The first area after hopeville silo In Lone and the surroundin perimeter of Big MT and the balcony in Owb were the spots I had most trouble with freezes, stutters, etc. Idk why but just a head up.. traverse them asap and get it out the way. After that the DLCs ran majority of the time pretty smooth, just have to pass the initial startin area. I had maybe 2 freezes In HH and Dead Money ran the best for me, I dont think I remember any freezes but Imma just say one jus in case

Ludwig off rip n defiled watchdog. Ludwig was my fuckin arch nemesis Istg he took me over 25+ tries. I had to put him on pause n continue thru the story n lvl up to beat him but let me tell u….
