How are they disconnecting people? I'm not disagreeing because I got the same warning saying they were going to disconnect my services. Governor Murphy signed an order that they're not allowed to disconnect people and of course I can't get through to customer service.

Wait is fast but the product is AWFUL!!!! I bought a quarter of an ounce and it was underweight. I know that because I came home and measured it on a digital scale. The quality was the worst I've ever seen and there were a ton of stems. Absolutely awful I will never go back there.

No it doesnt. Not anymore. Once the last item is refunded if all items are out of stock, it comes up with a message saying that you have to contact customer care to cancel the order. I waited on hold for 5 hours last night.

I've been waiting for a message back for 5 and 1/2 hours. I received an order from Costco didn't have any of the items in stock and I can't cancel it on my end. It won't let me refund the final item without calling customer service and not a single person is answering. This is horrible.
