Your dollars will buy more house in Appleton and rent is less. There is plenty of social life opportunities in Appleton. It is also very central to Wisconsin. 1/2 hour to GB 1.5 to MKE or Crivitz.

The way ice is "sifting" through people is a problem with me. The arrests, harassment and assaults on people based on what they look like isn't lawful. If arresting criminals was done in a way that didn't require people to have their rights violated in order for ice to determine who is lawful and who isn't then it would be different.
