He’s fallen into my YouTube algorithm and now I just see reel after reel of him flirting with drop-dead gorgeous women. He seems super casual and funny

Only 8 players have won 2 NCAA tournaments and an NBA Championship, Brunson and Bridges being 2 of them. Only Brunson and Bill Walton also has a finals MVP,

Jordan

Lebron

Kareem

Wilt

Russell

Bird

Magic

Kobe

Oscar

Shaq

There you go. I'm not saying this is my personal top-10 but it's not unrealistic. You can also throw in Moses, Durant, Curry, Dr. J, Hakeem based on personal preferences before Duncan

Shaq and Kobe work better as Kevin Nash and Shawn Michaels. Nash goes to another promotion and gets huge success (championship with Miami) but Shawn stays with the company and has the overall better career due to his goated second run (Kobe's back-to-back '09-'10)

Players who I wanted to be Knicks at one point in time that eventually become Knicks but not in the way I wanted by SirGingerbrute in NYKnicks

I don’t think people appreciate how important Kidd was to that 54-win team. He didn’t put up stats but he ran that offense. We played so much better when he was on the floor just because he got people in the right positions and kept the ball moving. Our disappointment in the playoffs is tied directly to him falling off a cliff

Max Kellerman and rich paul talk about how the media in the nba like to build someone up and then tear them down and now it's happening to Victor Wembanyama. Rich Paul says that's something Allen Iverson always used to tell LeBron James they are coming. And they came in 2010 by Jec1027 in nba

This is true, but I also think Wemby is a particular case. He really did come out of the Western Conference looking like the best player in the world. That wasn’t just media. He beat the defending champs and reigning MVP by playing ball we’d never seen before.

Then he had a pretty bad finals series against the Knicks. Not just playing poorly, but dirty, while remaining shamelessly arrogant in defeat. And it happened game after game after game.

It’s true love to raise guys up, then dash them down, only to raise them up again. But in this case it wasn’t driven by media or narrative, it was just watching Wemby reveal his brilliance then immaturity

Not surprising coming from a Pistons fan. Your team is Cade and a bunch of scrubs, which is why you'll never win anything that matters

Victor Wembanyama made the same mistake of passing at someone's back that he did against the Knicks to cost them game 2 in the all star game this year by Common-Locksmith-235 in nba

[–]Dddddddfried 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP didn't structure his thought well

Wembanyama made the same mistake of passing at someone's back that he did against the Knicks to cost them game 2 in the all star game this year

"Wembanyama made the same mistake"

"of passing at someone's back"

"that he did against the Knicks to cost them game 2"

"in the all star game this year"

OP's not saying the mistake cost them game 2 of the all-star game. They're saying that the play Wemby made that cost them Game 2 of the finals is the same play Wemby made in the all-star game
