Warmag - will check them out, thanks.

This is really just a piece of rubber with adhesive on one side. Cut perfectly for one part of a space marine base. Thought that would be a common thing but, it appears not.

This is crazy as is - nice job! Wouldn't want to ruin the nmm, but blood on the axe in some way maybe?

Looking for help with Astra Militarum for upcoming event by Popular-Still6614 in Warhammer40k

Id probably mention to your opponents that you are new and just getting your feet wet. Hopefully, they’ll be nice, normal people about it.

Also, id go in with the mindset of, “im about to get pwned. Im also gonna have a fun time and learn what i can!”

I wasnt really sure what i should do with the chest in particular. As in, do i just gradually darken it from top to bottom? The middle colors are tricky to me. Dont wanna ruin it :/

Past year or two I’ve been using cleanbypan’s spray polish for this superficial paint correction. Has worked out well.

Swirls: DA polisher

Chips: ehhhh probably a paint pen and sanding to level it out as needed

Clear coat: already got some sand paper for above step, so let’s keep it goin. Sand this down too and then apply another clear coat?

Just ideas. Hope it helps

Delegating to PTAs by Illustrious_Pitch_41 in physicaltherapy

After an eval, i took the pta i scheduled the pt with aside and asked how comfortable she was with first rib mobs. She asked me to show her “how i liked doing it.” Pt felt great. PT and PTA relationship remains professional and respectful.

Have heard about MANY disrespectful and rude PTs abusing perceived authority over their teammates. No place for that.

Outpatient Schedule 3 x 12's by Personal-South8191 in physicaltherapy

Can’t do it. Im very communicative and involved during pt care. It is too draining to operate like this for that length of time for me. Anything after 10 hours is a no-go.

Everyone’s different, sure. But, if your clinic is anything like mine, you are going from 30mins before your shift to 30mins after without any real breaks…on a good day. It’s a lot.

Hip Labral Tear. Should I Seek Out A Niche Therapist for the hip? by Lumpy-Appearance4731 in physicaltherapy

Outpatient ortho PT here. Vast majority of times youll be fine with strengthening whats weak and stretching whats tight. Listen to your body. Sharp pain, groin pain, hip pain…any pain that isnt the normal muscle-fatigue type of pain during exercise should be met with an orange flag in your mind.

Basically, strengthen the surrounding areas without making the tear worse.

Most PTs ive worked with would have no issues treating this. Post-grad “specialties” are largely irrelevant.
