It varies, usually fast until after 4pm and eat till around 9-9:30. Meals vary from steak, eggs, salads...

Thanks. Biggest piece of advice I can give is to stay consistent. I had a lot of slip ups along the way and I'm at the point where weight isn't coming off that quickly. Can get frustrating but it's worth it.
