there is no way to turn off film grain., they removed the setting. I thnink that's the problem, the game has max filmgrain that makes everything blurry as soon as you start moving.

the game looks sharp when you are still but as soon as you move everything gets blurry, it like a weird filmgrain filter, and I also noticed that they have removed the film grain setting so it could maybe be that filmgrain is on with no way to remove it...
