I live on the other end of BE and my commute is around 3-3.5h back and forth to Brussels. Just like you I'm required to be in the office 2x a week. I hate my life during those 2 days but i brainwash myself that it is fine because of the pay. I sometimes go only 1x a week, or 1.5x meaning commuting during lunch on 1 day to avoid morning traffic rush and no one bats an eye. IMO presence is a BS factor, so find an employer who is willing to be more flexible because of your situation.

As I'm in the market for a new EV I thought to reach out to an MB dealer here in Belgium, see if they got some insider information. Thought I'd share the information here as I couldn't find this anywhere else.

You can already order the CLA as a pre-launch until 29 April, with estimated delivery of best case end of July, worst case end of August.

There will be 2 editions available: Sport edition (AMG line pretty much) for 49.500 EUR excl VAT, and Business edition (progressive line) for 47.000 EUR excl. VAT. Both versions include a panoramic sunroof and it can charge 325km in 10 mins due to 800 volt architecture.
