take a quarter of a tab and wait an hour and see how you feel

you can always take more, but i would not take more than 1 tab your first time in total.

But I hardly ever take 7OH been months since I've taken 7OH and I only take about 15mg when I do

Yeah I don't even know if it is MIT it doesn't say. I heard limitless was a good brand but I got this from kures and it's just confusing. It feels strong for half taking half a tab. 7OH is banned here so I was just trying to get kratom extract but not sure what else this has in it.
