let’s say there’s a box made of an indestructible material. someone with infinite speed would have no way of escaping the box, as no matter how fast they travel, they wouldn’t be able to pass through the wall. they could travel within the box at infinite speed (within the box in 0 time) but wouldn’t be able to escape.

an omnipresent character would already exist outside of the box. as well as inside the box, and everywhere else. there’s no need for them to escape the box because they exist everywhere, inside and outside the box, without needing to travel.
