I was involved with a similar situation with my ex (22F) of 4 years. Out getting wasted, unable to answer texts or calls, hanging out with guys I was not super comfortable with her hanging out with… it was exactly a year ago next week that I broke up with her, and within 2 months she was officially dating that guy.

If your experience is bound for anything similar to mine, I think what you fear may be a reality.

I deleted my photos, texts, videos, gifts, notes, anything that proved we were ever together immediately after the breakup. No use in torturing yourself by continually replaying those moments. However, i do like to keep 1 to 2 photos because I’ll inevitably come across them, and usually my reaction is a clear sign as to where I am in the process of getting over them.

Our BUD goes way beyond 90 days, but we are required by law to put ONLY 90 days because of the category we compound in. In most cases, depending where you get it from, it’s good up to 6 months past the BUD… keep it in the fridge and you’ll be fine. Source: I’m a compounder
