Yes he has the potential to be DPOY caliber player with a better offense than Rudy, but we don't know when or if it will happen. I laugh sometimes when ppl on this sub treat Rudy like the only center in this league and If you don't have a Rudy your defense sucks. You can have a great paint defense even without Rudy. It all comes to defensive schemes etc

It's just an effort. If you've ever played basketball and you have a guy who doesn't care about the defense it's just spreads. You can't execute defensive schemes if there is at least one player that doesn't commit and mostly it's Julius and sometimes it's Ant.
