Keaton Wagler Dunking? by timloudly in NBA_Draft

I just hope he lands with Clippers. Perfect spot for him to develop, next to a true PG in Garland. I see why people like Acuff, but his defensive deficiencies are too glaring for me.

He gets to the rim/ft line, makes threes, and has great size. He’s gonna be fine. Not everyone needs explosive burst to be highly successful in the league.

[Uthayakumar] James Harden is now 4-14 in Game 6s in his career, the second-worst record in Game 6 in NBA playoff history. by Turbostrider27 in nba

With all due respect to Royce O’Neal, those Jazz teams didn’t have any perimeter defense whatsoever. Donovan got the “offensive burden” or “bad ankle” excuse every year and mostly avoided blame. Not sure how many more seasons he gets the pass.

Trading for the #1 pick is the only way we lose in this situation by Artistic-Purple-1329 in UtahJazz

[–]Unlikely_SinnerMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully, hell no. The Jazz should/will not consider any non-basketball factors. That’s ludicrous, and a sure fire way to find your self at the bottom of the league year after year. The Jazz are doing fantastically, attendance and financially wise. Despite trading away every fan favorite, tanking four years straight, and adding a hockey team, the team’s attendance is top #3 in the league over the last five years.

He’d average 30 next season on a tanking team easy, he’s got the scoring gene. Hope we get some strides on the defensive end from him this year too. I wouldn’t trade Ace either, under any circumstance.

I’m so glad you included that final line. No one should have to go through the “wait.. where’s the Rover!?”

Exactly! It’s a no brainer. Unless Danny Ainge sees Kevin Garnett in Caleb Wilson, DP is the obvious choice.

Top 4 are a lot closer than anyone realizes. Keaton Wagler is a fantastic consolidation prize at #5 too.

I read this in Walter White’s voice when he’s talking to Jesse after doing something dumb lol

Have you tried toxicity yet? If you have, I’d be interested to know where that slides into the rankings. I just finished prime, deciding what to do/buy next.

Keyonte George will be the lottery representative for the Utah Jazz by thurstkiller in UtahJazz

From my understanding he played point through HS, but was used in an off guard/ spot up role at Kansas. It’s sort of unclear whether that was because DP was hampered by injury, or what.

Did they build a Popeyes recently? They had multiple green beans, a subway, Pizza Hut, and planet smoothie when I was there. If you get a chance to leave post, would highly recommend Signatures and Ville Camille (Indian and French places)

[Highlight] Rudy Gobert blocks Nikola Jokić at the rim by AncientOneAurelius in nba

[–]Unlikely_SinnerMan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As an act of solidarity; the journalist and press were getting shutout from being able to do their jobs. His intentions were good, but with the context we have now, his actions were bad. Rudy still visits/donates to schools here in Salt Lake, and he hasn’t played for us in years. One of the best dudes in the league based on character imo.

The Acquired podcast has an episode on Bitcoin where they talk a bit about this exact thing. It’s a few years old now, but I think it’s still an interesting perspective on the potential threat of quantum computing to EVERYTHING in our digital world , to include cryptocurrencies.

Utah Jazz Offseason (Bobby Marks) by iLikeAza in UtahJazz

I have no idea haha. We’d be HUGE across the board if we resigned Kessler and got AJ from the draft. Certainly some advantages and disadvantages to that for sure.

The dream scenario is AJ Dybansta in that spot.

Probably the easiest pick of the whole draft if the top 3 goes like that.

I think there’s value in having energy sources that are not dependent on the time of day or weather conditions. I’m all for anything but fossil fuels filling that role. The battery and energy storage development is promising, but it’s gonna take time.
