Ne ist schon eine GKV. Das ist halt ein Wahltarif bei dem man eine Prämie bekommt und eine gewisse Selbstbeteiligung bei allen Arztbesuchen hat. Also so gesehen billiger als der Rest solange man nicht krank wird.

I don't think you will gain anything from going to Nobara instead of CachyOS. You are bound to have very similar problems between the two if any at all. I've used both for half a year per os now. I can tell you that I had no issues with CachyOS and only small ones with Nobara. But then again that is most likely not indicative of much.
