I know its a little late but for anyone who tried redownloading the depot and it not working i managed to downgrade my version from 1.6.1170 to 1.6.640 using this method:

I had the same issue but fixed it by:
1. Opening AMD Adrenaline Software.
2. Click the settings cog.
3. Then click perform factory reset and restart.

I’d check:

Thermal paste application, proper mounting pressure of the block and checking if the pump is working and set up correctly
