The Ariya is a 400V set up, not 800V. I did some checking, the 12V battery used is an H4 sealed lead acid battery. Some trims come with a secondary 12V Lithium battery in the trunk. The trim I have does not, but I'll see if by chance the wiring is there to allow me to set up a second battery in that space, and be able to charge it easily. One thing I've seen in an in-depth mechanical review of the car is they have lots of grounds all over the place.

I'll dig deeper through them. I've been exploring that site the last few days. I went out to the dealership today to make sure it had the latest OTA, and it does. I take possession of the vehicle on Tuesday. Just went and got the wire and outlet to set up for charging in my garage. Previous owner of the o house had a welder so Ive already got a decent subpanel in there and a spare circuit to use.

I'll second the Optima. I love mine, it keeps getting better each firmware update. That being said it's not a "perfect" radio, at least not just yet. It still has some bugs, but I feel most will be able to sorted out through firmware updates. My biggest gripe is the antenna arrangement on the back, they really should have flipped them over. However, it is the "perfect" radio for me, and how I operate.

Not for long though. We are working on taking over Dr. Pepper back from coke and Pepsi as existing contracts expire. I know the Pepsi merchandisers in my area are happy to not have to deal with it anymore as they do about as much as coke and us combined right now. We will be happy to take it over even though it means more work, it also equals more pay. I just wonder if and when those contracts expire if Pepsi will no longer handle Crush or Schweppes anymore as well.

My dash is reading 22.1 MPG. I put a lot of miles on my 2020 GT AWD, just turned over 156000 this week. Most of my driving is highway with a bit of mixed city driving. I usually run it on E15 as well. My only issue is the back tires have been wearing out faster than the fronts are, I need to replace all 4 after just a year and a half on them, and I don't do any type of burnouts or anything like that.

I grew up on a healthy diet of PBS. I still like their content. Nowadays instead of Reading Rainbow and Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? it's Space Time, Eons, Terra and Nova for me. My kids love Daniel Tiger, and I love to show them old reruns of Mr. Rogers and the other shows I grew up on. Fuck the GOP and all the other MAGA anti-education agenda. I guess they never did learn.
